I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of this hotel! the staff greeted us well enough and were extremely friendly. the location suited us perfectly for a one-night stay, as it was just great to walk to the airport. the paid shuttle service was a nice option to have.

While the staff were friendly, it would be even better if they could be more responsive on their phones. Sometimes it was a bit challenging to get through.

Stayed at Ibis Budget for one night after a late cruise, needing accommodation until our flight the next day. Clean, comfortable rooms within walking distance to the domestic terminal. Helpful reception staff got us an early check-in so we could rest. Reasonable pricing and plenty of eating facilities nearby. Highly recommended for late arrivals/early departures to avoid Sydney's traffic. The airport shuttle was convenient for a short ride. Staff were friendly and allowed a late check-out at no charge.

the ibis budget is quite clean and the large bed in the room was great for a short stay. it's very close to the airport and easy to hop into the city. the staff were welcoming and friendly, and they even made me a 'free' coffee while i waited in the breakfast room. plus, excellent wifi!

During our stay at Ibis Budget Sydney Airport, my family and I had the opportunity to visit iconic Sydney landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. The close proximity of the hotel to these attractions made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy these renowned sights without worrying about long commutes or traffic.

My wife says that a dedicated play area or activities for kids within the hotel premises would have been beneficial for families with children.

We have stayed at Ibis Budget before and overall it is a budget hotel. the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, which was all we needed. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the front desk and breakfast bar attendants. They treated everyone equally and made our stay enjoyable. I also want to express my gratitude to the staff for finding and returning my iPod that I had accidentally left behind. It was a pleasant surprise, and I never thought I'd see it again. it was a good experience for us.
